Urges the estate to exercise fairness and reasonableness in renegotiating lease rents with Kamilo Nui farmers in 2010, using fair market land value assessments based on crop type.

Recognizes that farmers have held leases since the 1970s that run until 2025 under agricultural use conditions, with rent renegotiations occurring in 2010.

Notes Kamilo Nui Valley is the last large undeveloped parcel in East Honolulu and part of the natural watershed system for Hawai'i Kai that helps prevent flooding.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Kamilo Nui Valley Farmers Cooperative, Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estate, Honolulu City Council, Hawai'i Kai Neighborhood Board, and community groups.
