Recognizes persistent homelessness on beaches and parks despite existing emergency shelters and affordable housing developments on the Leeward Coast of Oahu

Requires the task force to work collaboratively with multiple concerned groups to address homelessness and assist those at-risk of becoming homeless

Endorses including representatives from the homeless population as task force members to bring perspective from those directly affected by the issue

Encourages active outreach and participation by homeless families and individuals in developing solutions to homelessness on the Waianae Coast
