Urges the Department of Land and Natural Resources to adopt rules enforcing the existing 2002 ban on shark feeding in state marine waters (three nautical miles from shore)

Proposes rules to prohibit commercial shark cages and devices designed to place humans in close proximity to sharks for feeding purposes

Proposes rules to prohibit shark tour operators from using public harbors and facilities, including parks, piers, docks, and ramps

Proposes rules to prohibit transportation of commercial shark feeding cages through state waters and stringent enforcement of shark feeding prohibitions

Directs DLNR to recommend statutory revisions to the Legislature if the agency declines to adopt the proposed rules, to strengthen enforcement and penalties for shark feeding violations
