Awards the Hawaii Medal of Honor to 29 military service members with Hawaii connections who were killed in action in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Recipients must have been killed while engaged in combat against an enemy of the United States or serving in a designated combat zone, and must have been Hawaii National Guard, Military Reserves, or Regular Armed Forces members with Hawaii residency, prior school attendance in Hawaii, or Department of Defense station assignment to Hawaii.

Directs the names of all recipients to be entered on the Hawaii Medal of Honor Roll.

Establishes a Joint Session of the Legislature on March 23, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in the House Chambers to present the Hawaii Medal of Honor to family members or representatives of each recipient.
