Urges the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to adopt rules prohibiting abusive work environments, including workplace bullying, harassment, and intimidation.

Requests development and free distribution of informational materials to employers about abusive work environments and legal consequences for creating or perpetuating such conditions.

Recognizes workplace bullying as repeated intimidation, slandering, social isolation, or humiliation by one or more persons against another, as defined by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.

Establishes that abusive work environments cause physical and psychological harm to employees, negatively impacting job performance, safety, and resulting in workplace injuries and illnesses.
