• Directs the Division to prioritize an initial survey of historic properties and items of cultural significance to the Hawaiian community, with completion by December 31, 2010.

• Requires submission of an initial report to the Legislature at least twenty days before the 2011 Regular Session convening, including findings and inventory of historic properties.

• Requires submission of a final comprehensive report to the Legislature at least twenty days before the 2012 Regular Session, covering all historic properties, aviation artifacts, and burial sites owned by the State and counties, including any subsequently identified items of cultural significance to the Hawaiian community.
