Approves the fee simple sale of property located at 2890 Hana Highway, Hana, Hawaii (TMK No. 2-1-3-9-9) by the Hawaii Public Housing Authority.

Property is vacant and non-ceded land that was originally obtained by the Hawaii Housing Authority to construct public housing facilities in Hana.

Property is deemed unsuitable for public housing development or other state use, and the local community voted approximately a decade ago to disapprove public housing development in the single-family residential area.

Requires the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to hold a public informational briefing in Hana, Hawaii in February 2010 to receive community comments on the proposed sale, as mandated by Act 176, Session Laws of Hawaii 2009.

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the concurrent resolution to the Executive Director of the Hawaii Public Housing Authority.
