Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to sell state reclaimed land in Kaneohe, Oahu (Tax Map Keys (1) 4-4-21:25 and (1) 4-4-21:19) to Robert A. and Gretchen M. Gould and the Lewis L. Schreiner Trust and Mary Jane Schreiner Trust respectively, at appraised values of $2,800 and $33,300.

Prohibits the sale at gratis (no cost) of state reclaimed land (Tax Map Key (1) 4-4-21:20) to the City and County of Honolulu for beach right-of-way purposes, which was previously approved by the Board of Land and Natural Resources.

The reclaimed parcels, developed from a 1939 Army Corps of Engineers channel-dredging project in Kaneohe Bay, will be consolidated with abutting properties through county subdivision process with no further development plans.

Requires transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
