Request the State Auditor to conduct a financial and management audit of Hawaii's four PEG (Public, Educational, and Governmental) access organizations: Olelo Community Television, Akaku: Maui Community Television, Ho'ike: Kauai Community Television, and Na Leo o Hawaii.

These PEG organizations manage cable channels required under state law and federal regulation, funded by franchise fees paid by cable companies to provide equipment, facilities, training, and support services.

Require the Auditor to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature at least 20 days before the 2011 Regular Session convenes.

Direct transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Auditor, the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and the executive directors of all four PEG access organizations.
