Request investigation and cleanup of illegal trash disposal on North School Street (between Kamehameha IV Road and Notley Street) and Richard Lane in Kalihi, Oahu.

Direct Department of Health's Clean Water Branch and Solid and Hazardous Waste Branch, Honolulu Police Department, and City's Department of Environmental Services and Department of Planning and Permitting to coordinate cleanup efforts and enforce anti-dumping laws in the area.

Require joint report from Director of Health, Chief of Police, and City's Director of Environmental Services on measures taken to address illegal dumping, with findings due to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2011 Regular Session.

Address concerns that illegal dumping creates pollution hazards, attracts vermin, and affects downstream areas through contaminated stormwater runoff.

Seek development and implementation of prevention measures to stop future illegal dumping at the site.
