Urges the Board of Naturopathic Medicine to adopt rules allowing naturopathic physicians licensed prior to January 1, 2010, to perform parenteral therapeutics (intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intravenous injections)

Requests removal of restrictive language from the naturopathic formulary that prohibits prescription, administration, and dispensing of injectable substances

Calls for amendment of the naturopathic formulary to permit prescription and administration of formulary items in injectable form by grandfathered practitioners

Directs the Attorney General, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Board of Naturopathic Medicine Chairperson to immediately implement necessary changes to allow parenteral therapeutic administration

Asserts that injection is a natural procedure and that previously-licensed naturopathic physicians have demonstrated competency through error-free and complaint-free performance
