Urges the Office of Veterans' Services to create a dedicated section in the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery for veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts, similar to Section 60 at Arlington National Cemetery.

Requests that the Office of Veterans' Services allow photographs and other memorial objects to be displayed at gravesites in the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, reversing current rules that prohibit such displays.

Acknowledges that over 4,000 Americans have died in the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts and emphasizes the importance of honoring these fallen service members.

Directs that certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Adjutant General of Hawaii and the Director of the Office of Veterans' Services.
