Requests the Legislative Reference Bureau to study available literature on increased lifetime cancer risks from cumulative radioactive exposure resulting from medical imaging procedures.

Requires consultation with the Directors of Health and Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Hawaii Medical Board, Department of Health's Indoor and Radiological Health Branch, and various health professional associations.

Directs the Legislative Reference Bureau to report on efforts to disclose radiation exposure risks to patients verbally and in writing, and to record radiation exposure in patient medical records.

Requires the Legislative Reference Bureau to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation no later than 20 days before the 2011 Regular Session convenes.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to relevant state agencies and health professional organizations for distribution to member organizations.
