Supports voter campaigns and political forums for candidates seeking political office, including seats on the Office of Hawaiian Affairs Board of Trustees.

Requests the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs to host or participate in political discussion forums addressing political, cultural, and social issues important to native Hawaiians.

Calls for civic clubs, schools, and Hawaiian organizations to promote voter registration and participate in registration campaigns and drives.

Encourages the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Kamehameha Schools, Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement, and community foundations to fund initiatives supporting educational forums, political forums, and native Hawaiian voter turnout.

Notes that more than 153,000 native Hawaiians are eligible to vote, representing approximately 16 percent of the voter population.
