Congratulates and honors James Campbell High School for its innovative and academic achievements, including nineteen athletic programs and sixty-one recognized clubs and organizations.

Recognizes the school's numerous accolades including a Distinguished School Award, achievement of Adequate Yearly Progress under No Child Left Behind, and faculty honors such as the Hawaii State Counselor of the Year and Presidential Award of Excellence in Science and Math Teaching.

Acknowledges James Campbell High School as the only Hawaii public high school to become an International Baccalaureate World School and a National AVID Demonstration Site, ranking in the top ten percent of AVID schools nationwide.

Honors the school's robotics team (Sabertrons) for winning the Excellence Award at the VEX Pan-American Robotics competition and advancing to the 2010 World Championships in Dallas, Texas.
