Honors Waialua High School Robotics Team #359 as Hawaii's first FIRST Robotics Competition team and the state's first robotics-related program, active since 1999.

Recognizes the team's competitive achievements, including winning the 2010 San Diego FIRST Regional Competition and the 2010 Arizona Regional FIRST Competition.

Commends the team for winning first place in the BAE Systems FIRST in Hawaii Robotics Competition, earning them a bid to the national championships in Georgia.
