Recognizes April 2010 as Organ Donor Awareness Month in Hawaii to honor organ donors and promote awareness of the need for donor organs.

Encourages Hawaii residents to learn about kidney disease, organ donation, and healthy behaviors to reduce chronic kidney disease risk.

Urges county driver's licensing divisions to cooperate with the Organ Donor Center of Hawaii to educate the public about organ donation.

Requests local businesses, government agencies, and employers to provide educational materials on organ donation through billing statements and paychecks during April 2010.
