Urges the United States Congress and President to support reauthorization of the Native Hawaiian Health Care Improvement Act of 2009.

Recognizes the historical trust relationship between the United States and Native Hawaiians, including the 1893 overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii and over 160 federal laws extending rights to Native Hawaiians similar to those for American Indian and Alaska Native communities.

Documents severe health disparities among Native Hawaiians, including cancer mortality 50% higher, diabetes prevalence 87% higher, asthma 71% higher, heart disease mortality 86% higher, obesity 119% higher than the general Hawaii population, plus lowest life expectancy of all population groups.

Acknowledges that Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems and Papa Ola Lokahi have reduced morbidity and mortality rates through disease prevention, health promotion, and increasing Native Hawaiian representation in health professions.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the President, Congressional leaders, Hawaii's congressional delegation, the National Caucus of Native American State Legislators, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
