Recognizes March 11, 2010, as World Kidney Day in Hawaii to raise awareness about kidney disease prevention and encourage screenings for diabetes and hypertension.

Recognizes April 2010 as Organ Donor Awareness Month in Hawaii to honor organ donors and promote awareness of the need for donor organs.

Encourages Hawaii residents to learn about kidney disease, organ donation, and to discuss donation with families, physicians, and religious leaders.

Urges county driver's licensing divisions to cooperate with the Organ Donor Center of Hawaii in educating the public about organ donation.

Requests that local businesses, state and county employers, and utility companies include organ donation educational materials in billing statements and paychecks during April 2010.
