Expresses support for the Philippine Tarsier Foundation and its efforts to protect endangered Philippine tarsiers from extinction through research, breeding programs, and habitat conservation.

Acknowledges that Philippine tarsiers are small primates native to Bohol, Samar, Leyte, and Mindanao that face threats from capture for commercial display and removal from their natural habitat.

Notes that the Philippine Tarsier Foundation acquired 170 hectares of forested area in Canapnapan, Corella in 1996 to establish a tarsier sanctuary and operates the Philippine Tarsier and Wildlife Sanctuary as the center of the conservation program.

Urges global support for the protection and conservation of tarsiers and their habitat, as well as support for the sanctuary's education and conservation programs.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the President of the United States, U.S. congressional leaders, the U.S. Secretary of the Interior, Hawaii's congressional delegation, the Philippine Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Philippine Tarsier Foundation Board.
