Exempts service performed by individuals participating in Social Security Administration work incentives or employment support programs while receiving social security disability benefits from Hawaii's employment-related laws.

Applies the exemption to unemployment compensation (Section 383-7), workers' compensation (Section 386-1), temporary disability insurance (Section 392-5), and employees' liability insurance (Section 393-5) statutes.

Requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to report to the legislature by 20 days prior to the 2010 regular session on the financial impact and consequences of these exemptions for nonprofit agencies that provide remuneration to disabled individuals receiving social security disability payments.

Takes effect upon approval.
