Requires all bottled water to be labeled with the date of bottling as a new labeling requirement.

Maintains existing requirements that bottled water conform to applicable federal and state labeling laws and comply with specific standards for different water types (mineral, spring, purified, etc.).

Establishes labeling standards for mineral water, spring water, carbonated water, well water, artesian water, purified water, and drinking water with specific disclosure requirements for each type.

Prohibits use of words like "spring," "well," "artesian," "mineral," or "natural" in corporate names unless the actual water type matches the name, with type disclosure required in typeface equal to the name size.

Takes effect one year from the date of approval.
