Department of Education shall develop and implement an internet-based, publicly-accessible system for reporting student achievement and system accountability indices.

Information must be published on the department's website, organized and searchable by school name, allowing public comparison of school performance and tracking of progress toward educational accountability goals.

Required reporting includes student standardized test scores (anonymized), student assessment program data, school profile/report cards, evaluations of complex area superintendents and principals, annual legislature reports, educational status reports, and school-by-school expenditure reports.

Effective date: July 1, 2050.
