Removes authority of the board of naturopathic medicine to establish examination standards for minor office procedures and eliminates the requirement to maintain a naturopathic formulary.

Deletes definitions of "legend drug," "minor office procedures," "naturopathic formulary," and "parenteral therapy" from Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 455-1.

Removes provisions prohibiting naturopathic physicians from prescribing, administering, and dispensing substances not included in a board-established formulary.

Simplifies the definition of "naturopathic medicine" by removing references to parenteral therapy and minor office procedures, while retaining allowable practices like nutrition, physical modalities, and common diagnostic procedures.

Takes effect upon approval.
