Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 461-1 to modify the definition of "practice of pharmacy" regarding immunization administration by pharmacists.

Lowers the minimum age for pharmacist-administered immunizations from 18 years old to 9 years old, with parental consent required for patients under 18.

Requires pharmacists administering immunizations to minors to have appropriate training approved by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE), ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy programs, state or local health department programs, or programs recognized by the board of pharmacy.

Corrects a grammatical error in the statute by changing "therefore" to "therefor" in subsection (1).

Takes effect upon approval.
