Appropriates funds to satisfy claims against the State of Hawaii, its officers, and employees for overpayment of taxes, refunds, reimbursements, judgments, settlements, and other liabilities.

Total appropriation amount of $9,113,851.64 allocated among thirty claims.

Adds nine additional resolved claims totaling $1,762,000.00 that were submitted by the Attorney General.

Conference committee amended the measure to include the additional claims resolved during the legislative process.

Recommends final passage as S.B. No. 2661, S.D. 2, H.D. 2, C.D. 1.
