Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 386-1 to expand exclusions from workers' compensation coverage by adding four new categories of service.

Excludes service performed by partners of a partnership (if the partner is an individual) from the definition of employment.

Excludes service performed by partners of a limited liability partnership (if the partner holds at least 50% transferable interest) and members of a limited liability company (if the member holds at least 50% distributional interest) from employment coverage.

Excludes service performed by sole proprietors for their sole proprietorship from workers' compensation requirements.

Clarifies that employers cannot require employees to incorporate, form partnerships, or establish alternative business structures as a condition of employment.
