Requires teachers, educational officers, and school administrators to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of children following situations that may have caused physical, psychological, or emotional harm during school activities.

Mandates that appropriate school authorities provide necessary information to parents, guardians, children, and staff to prevent or mitigate harm resulting from the harmful situation.

Requires the Department of Education to provide training to all teachers, educational officers, and school administrators on proper procedures for communicating information about these situations under applicable laws and department rules.

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
