Requires the director to maintain a list of qualified physicians in relevant medical subspecialties licensed in Hawaii who are willing to perform such examinations.

Limits employer-requested medical examinations to one per case unless good and valid medical reasons exist, with examination costs capped at complex consultation charges under the medical fee schedule.
