Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 383-30 to establish that military spouses who voluntarily leave employment due to a military member's reassignment to a different geographic location are deemed to have left work with good cause.

Removes the disqualification for unemployment benefits that would normally apply to voluntary separations when the separation is directly caused by the military reassignment of a full-time U.S. armed forces member spouse.

Applies only to individuals who are spouses of full-time members of the United States armed forces and directly affected by military duty reassignment orders.

Takes effect upon approval with no retroactive application to rights, duties, and proceedings that occurred before the effective date.
