Requires every employer to post notices in conspicuous places clearly setting forth employee rights under Hawaii's family leave law (Chapter 398, HRS).

Notices must be posted in a form prescribed by the director and placed where employees can readily observe them on the way to or from their workplace.

Does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that occurred before the Act's effective date.

Takes effect on July 1, 2112.
