Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 386-1 to expand the definition of excluded employment under workers' compensation law.

Excludes service performed by a member of a limited liability company (LLC) if the member is an individual and has a distributional interest of at least 50 percent in the LLC.

Excludes service performed by a partner of a limited liability partnership (LLP) if the partner is an individual and has a transferable interest of at least 50 percent in the partnership.

Adds new exclusions for service performed by partners in regular partnerships and sole proprietors for their respective business entities.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to incorporate, form a partnership, form an LLC, or form an LLP as a condition of employment.
