Requests Hawaii's Congressional Delegation to urge the United States Department of Agriculture to adopt nutritional guidelines from the Institute of Medicine's "School Meals: Building Blocks for Healthy Children" report

Directs the Congressional Delegation to accelerate the Nutrition Education and Training Program and Team Nutrition initiative to improve nutritional quality of all school meals

Notes that the National School Lunch Program is available in 99% of U.S. public schools and 83% of all private and public schools, serving approximately 5.1 billion lunches annually at a federal cost of $8.7 billion in fiscal year 2007

Requires certified copies of the concurrent resolution to be transmitted to Hawaii's Congressional Delegation
