Department of Transportation is requested to conduct a study in conjunction with the Honolulu Department of Transportation Services on morning traffic congestion on Meheula Parkway, particularly for Mililani Mauka residents heading to H2 Freeway southbound

Study must identify the causes of traffic congestion and potential solutions, including evaluation of "no left turn" signs during morning peak traffic from Meheula Parkway going northbound to Wahiawa

Department of Transportation must schedule and hold community informational briefings during the course of the study

Findings and recommendations must be reported to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2011

Certified copies of the resolution must be transmitted to the Director of Transportation and the Director of the Department of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu
