Requests the Department of Education to establish standardized criteria for senior projects required for the Board of Education Recognition Diploma, applicable to all public school students statewide.

Identifies current inconsistencies in senior project requirements across schools, including varying community service hour requirements (ranging from 40 to 100 hours) and differing interpretations of "learning stretch" quality standards.

Requires standardized requirements to include a standard number of hours for the culminating activity and a uniform definition of "learning stretch" applied consistently across all public schools.

Addresses barriers for students transferring between schools, who must currently meet their new school's potentially different senior project requirements.

Directs transmission of the concurrent resolution to the Superintendent of Education and Board of Education Chairperson.
