Argues corporations cannot reasonably be characterized as people because they cannot be incarcerated, enter marriage contracts, obtain citizenship, vote, or independently formulate political opinions separate from directors and shareholders.

Criticizes the Supreme Court's Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission ruling for treating corporations as people and the Buckley v. Valeo decision equating money to speech.

Notes that preliminary remarks by Chief Justice Morrison Waite in Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad, which were not part of the formal ruling, have been used as basis for extending "person" rights to corporations.

Directs transmission of certified copies to Hawaii's congressional delegation.
