Approves correction of a land exchange between the State of Hawaii and the Aloha Council Boy Scouts of America by conveying tax map key (1) 5-9-05:77 (7.838 acres at Camp Pupukea, Oahu) that was inadvertently omitted from the 2004 recorded conveyance documents.

Exchange involves public lands totaling 331.8 acres across three islands (Oahu, Hawaii, Kauai) valued at $1,150,000 in exchange for private lands in Waikele, Oahu totaling 1.14 acres valued at $1,209,000.

Original land exchange was previously approved by the Board of Land and Natural Resources (February 2001 and December 2002), the Legislature (2003), and authorized by Act 27, Session Laws of Hawaii 2003.

Requires submission of certified copies of the resolution to the Aloha Council Boy Scouts of America, the Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs Administrator.
