Approves a land exchange between the State of Hawaii and Aloha Council Boy Scouts of America to correct an inadvertent omission of tax map key (1) 5-9-05:77 from 2004 recorded conveyance documents.

The parcel (7.838 acres at Camp Pupukea, Oahu) was included in the original Board of Land and Natural Resources approvals (February 23, 2001 and December 13, 2002), independent appraisals, concurrent resolutions, Act 27 (2003), and public notices but was accidentally omitted from the final recorded documents.

Confirms the exchange details: State transfers public lands valued at $1,150,000 (three camp parcels across Oahu, Hawaii, and Kauai); Aloha Council Boy Scouts of America transfers private lands in Waikele, Oahu valued at $1,209,000.

Appraisals were conducted by Robert J. Vernon, MAI, CRE for public lands (December 23, 2002) and James E. Hallstrom, Jr., MAI, CRE and Brian S. Goto, MAI, SRA for private lands (October 11, 2002).

Requires transmission of certified copies to Aloha Council Boy Scouts of America, Department of Land and Natural Resources, and Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
