Extends the deadline for the Home for Life Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the 2011 Regular Session of the Legislature.

Addresses delays caused by the Governor's failure to appoint six members to the Task Force as originally requested in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 7, S.D. 1, 2009.

Authorizes existing Task Force members appointed by the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House to convene and select persons to fill any vacant positions that remain due to the Governor's non-appointment.

Task Force is charged with coordinating research and action to reduce barriers to aging in place and to facilitate multigenerational or accessible living.
