Establishes a sales price of $33,100, which matches the fair market value appraised on September 1, 2009 by Harlin Young & Co.

Property is part of Nahoa Apartments built in 1975 through a state housing program where leaseholders were given the opportunity to purchase the fee interest.

Requires legislative approval under Act 176 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2009) for the sale of state land in fee simple.

Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation conducted a public informational briefing on October 28, 2009 and received no objections to the proposed sale.
