Requests the Senate and House Committees on Human Services to convene a working group to study family court custody evaluator standards, including minimum curriculum, procedures, and appointment requirements.

Working group to be called the "Family Court Custody Evaluator Working Group" and shall terminate on January 1, 2011.

Working group shall develop and recommend child custody evaluation standards, procedures, training curriculum, and course work, with proposed legislation if needed.

Working group membership to include representatives from Department of Human Services, Department of Health, Attorney General's office, University of Hawaii departments, professional associations (psychological, psychiatric, social work, nursing, legal), family court professionals, and various family advocacy organizations.

University of Hawaii Social Services Public Policy Center to provide facilitation assistance, with final report and recommendations due to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2011 Regular Session convening.
