Request the State Auditor to conduct a management and financial audit of all contracts between the Department of Taxation and CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc.

Audit scope includes contracts with CGI's predecessor company, American Management Systems, Inc.

Hawaii Government Employees Association (HGEA) and two concerned individuals testified in support of the resolution.

The House Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of the measure and recommends adoption.
