Approves a land exchange between the State of Hawaii and Aloha Council Boy Scouts of America to correct the inadvertent omission of tax map key (1) 5-9-05:77 from 2004 recorded conveyance documents.

The parcel in question was originally approved for exchange by the Board of Land and Natural Resources in 2001-2003, included in concurrent resolutions S.C.R. No. 127 and H.C.R. No. 33, and authorized under Act 27, 2003.

Tax map key (1) 5-9-05:77 was included in the Board's approval, independent appraisal, public notice, and legislative authorization but was inadvertently omitted when the exchange was recorded on April 8, 2004.

Requires compliance with section 171-50(c) of Hawaii Revised Statutes as amended by Act 176, 2009, which mandates legislative review of all public land exchanges.

Directs transmission of certified copies to Aloha Council Boy Scouts of America, the Department of Land and Natural Resources, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
