Urges Hawaii's congressional delegation to support H.R. 208 (National Guardsmen and Reservists Parity for Patriots Act) and S. 644 (National Guard and Reserve Retired Pay Equity Act of 2009).

Calls for making retroactive to September 11, 2001, the 2008 change that reduced reserve retirement age by three months for every 90 days of active duty, which previously only applied to service after January 28, 2008.

Acknowledges that approximately 700,000 National Guard and Active Reserve members have been activated since September 11, 2001, with about 200,000 deployed multiple times, causing loss of civilian career advancement and retirement benefits.

States that frequent activations (occurring approximately one year out of every three for some members) remove guard and reservists from civilian careers, often resulting in lost promotions and job loss that reduces civilian retirement pay.

Directs that certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to members of Hawaii's congressional delegation.
