Requests establishment of a statewide service project to plant one million trees and clean beaches across Hawaii by October 2010 as part of Children and Youth Month celebration.

Directs the Hawaii State Legislature's Keiki Caucus, Children and Youth Month Planning Committee, and Kanu Hawaii to coordinate tree-planting efforts in partnership with community organizations and local growers, prioritizing indigenous and fruit trees.

Establishes "Malama o ke Kahakai," a public service project for volunteers to clean beaches by removing litter and debris, with efforts to be logged on the Kanu Hawaii website.

Requires copies of the resolution to be distributed to state and county officials, educational institutions, media outlets, and organizations including the Governor, Department of Land and Natural Resources, University of Hawai'i, and Kamehameha Schools.
