Establishes a Joint Legislative Family Court Legal Interventions Working Group to continue studying unresolved recommendations from previous family court task forces regarding Court Models, Accountability, Temporary Restraining Orders, and Best Interests of the Child.

Working group dissolves January 1, 2011 and must include representatives from Department of Human Services, Department of Health, Hawaii State Bar Association, Legal Aid Society of Hawaii, domestic violence organizations, and island representatives from Hawaii, Kauai, Maui, Molokai, and Lanai.

University of Hawaii Social Services Public Policy Center designated to facilitate the working group's efforts.

Requires interim report with proposed legislation no later than 20 days before the 2011 Regular Session and final report with proposed legislation no later than 20 days before the 2012 Regular Session.

Directs transmission of resolution to legislative leadership, state agency directors, and representatives of participating organizations and bar associations.
