Requests the Bureau of Conveyances to take measures to expedite procedures in the Land Court and reduce the backlog of cases.

References a 2007 Joint Senate-House Investigative Committee finding that the Land Court was one-and-a-half years behind in providing current and updated certificates of title.

Notes that Act 120 (2009) removed timeshare interests from Land Court registration and authorized electronic document acceptance for the Regular System to address the backlog.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources and the Registrar of the Bureau of Conveyances.
