Convenes a working group of Senate and House committee members along with representatives from agriculture, education, and community organizations to examine farm to school models

Working group must include representatives from the University of Hawai'i College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, Department of Agriculture, Department of Education, Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation, Hawaii Farmers Union, Kokua Hawai'i Foundation, and other specified organizations

Working group shall examine existing local farm to school programs including 'ĀINA IS (operating in ten Oahu elementary schools), Moanalua schools, Mā'o Organic Farms, and The Kohala Center, as well as national programs

Working group must propose a pilot farm to school program for each island addressing local food production, infrastructure, financing, nutrition education, community outreach, and implementation barriers

Working group shall report findings and recommendations including island-specific pilot programs to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2011 Regular Session
