Eliminates Medicare Part B premium reimbursements for employee-beneficiaries and spouses hired after June 30, 2011 from the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF).

Changes the employer contribution requirement from "an amount not less than" the standard Medicare Part B premium to payment of exactly the "standard" Medicare Part B premium, defined as the lower of the lowest income bracket premium or the amount actually paid by the beneficiary.

Clarifies that "retired employee" means members of the employees' retirement system, county pension system, or police, firefighters, or bandsmen pension systems as defined in chapter 88.

Applies new provisions only to current beneficiaries; those hired after June 30, 2011 are excluded from Medicare Part B reimbursement benefits under the amended statute.

Effective date set for July 1, 2050.
