Allows two or more board members (but fewer than a quorum) to attend public gatherings or community events that do not relate to official board business and are not specifically organized for the board.

Permits two or more board members (but fewer than a quorum) to attend professional association conferences and professional development activities, with a requirement to post a publicly accessible report of their activities.

Clarifies that discussions between board members about selecting board officers may occur in private without limitation or reporting.

Makes technical corrections to existing Sunshine Law provisions, including replacing "which" with "that" in statutory language.

Effective date: January 7, 2050.
